I am having trouble thinking about what to cook for dinner for my husband and I. I need simple recipies that are easy to measure out a serving where I will know the calories. Not recipies with crazy things in it like wine and crazy spices that normal people don't keep on hand in their kitchen. PLEASE HELP MY HUSBAND IS STARVING!! lol

I will give the standard answer because it is my favorite.
www.skinnytaste.com
I have tried a lot of the recipes and they almost all have been awesome!
(The one I didn't like was my fault for adding to much lime)0 -
I just took a look at the website and thank you!! I like it a lot!! If you know of anymore feel free to share!!0

Allrecipes has been my go to website for virtually everything. They have a 5 ingredient or less section:

I second the skinny taste choice - also I use pinterest to find a ton of healthy recipes0
-
I adore SkinnyTaste and I have liked just about everything I have cooked from there.0

I use both Skinny Taste and Allrrecipes. I tend to use my own versions and especially different things I like that may make something healthier (ie using cauliflower instead of mashed potatos)0

Cooking Light Magazine. http://www.cookinglight.com/food/recipe-finder/0

Sparkpeople.com is another "diet" website and they have a section with thousands of recipes that are rated by users, and have the nutritional values worked out for you. I have tried several and they were all really good.0

I love www.bbcgoodfood.com it has loads of healthy recipes and it tells you how many calories, fat, carbs etc are in each serving so its really easy to then just add it to your food diary x0

Since skinnytaste (one of my favorites) has already been listed... you should also check out
www.emilybites.com
www.preventionrd.com
www.eat-yourself-skinny.com
all these sites are excellent, and like skinnytaste they all give nutritional info for all the recipes. enjoy!0 -
I like the BBC Good Food website, gives me loads of inspiration. I also put pictures of all my meals and links to recipes on my food diary blog - ameliasfooddiary.wordpress.com. Shamless plug, I know, but it might give you some inspiration

I just found this site a couple days ago. So far I love it.
http://www.skinnykitchen.com/
Or
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/
It is really simple to throw in chicken breast or lean meat in to these recipes.0 -
I get a lot of recipes from Pinterest.... I find a lot under the "Health & Fitness" section. There are a lot of recipes in the "Food" section, but they're not all healthy, so you have to be careful if you look there.0

Try Epicurious.com0
-
eatingwell.com
skinnytaste.com
allrecipes.com
Never sure what is "normal" food and what is not, but there are lots of good recipes at all three of those.0 -

Skinnytaste! I'm having leftover Santa Fe Chicken (sooooooooooooo delicious!).
I made that this past weekend and it came out really soupy and bland. Going to try to salvage it but I'm wondering what I did wrong. Did yours have a lot of liquid after cooking? Thanks.0 -

I made her chicken curry with coconut milk last night, followed the recipe to the letter, and had the same problem. I ended up tripling the spices and adding it to the leftovers, and hopefully tonight's will be better.
On a more helpful note, I found www.canyoustayfordinner.com and absolutely LOVE it. Blogger lost over a hundred pounds five or six years ago and has since maintained her weight loss. She posts recipes with nutritional information and is realistic about the fact that variation in one's diet is needed to prevent epic "cheat" days; she also posts a lot of musings about weight loss, weight gain, and unhealthy relationships with food that resonated pretty significantly with me. Love it!0 -
emilybites.com
eat-yourself-skinny.com
ahealthyjalapeno.com
are also some great ones...
EB is one of my favorites and go to for comfort food type things...
skinnytaste is absolutely amazing... as others have said.0 -
I just joined www.dashingdish.com and I love what I see on her website. You can donate or pay $5 to see her recipes and you can buy her menu plans with grocery shopping list for supper only or for all 3 meals. I am thinking of trying her menu plan for supper as I get so tired of planning meals for 2 and her's are set for 2! Wait till you see her smoothie and pancake recipes at such low calories plus she had paleo friendly and gluten free too!0

I was able to salvage the Santa Fe Chicken. I drained the liquid, added more salt and added some chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. Just had it with some shredded monterey jack cheese and FF sour cream and it was very good.0 -
