Interesting article.. Also read a few others that it linked to. Found a BMR calculator that gave me an outrageously high number. Surely that was TDEE instead. Anyway...

It said my BMR was over 1800. That's crazy. TDEE ? sure, but not BMR. I'm only 5'0" tall, 42 yrs old and 152 pounds.0 -
