Hey!
Easy protein pancake recipe, as long as you have protein powder!
1 scoop of protein powder (I use chocolate)
2 eggs
A fruit if your choice (banana and blueberries work really well)
Start by mashing the fruit you want to use in a mixing bowl, then add two beaten eggs, mix in well and then add the scoop of protein powder and mix that in.
Spray your pan with non stick cooking spray and cook away! Makes 3 THICK pancakes!
Enjoy!

As soon as I seen your post I ran to the kitchen and made these!! I used my chocolate PFC performance bio-whey, frozen organic blueberries that I picked last summer and the eggs...put them all in my bullet and poured into the pan!!!! AWESOME! I am thinking for a sweeter flavor maybe some banana....or cut up fruit on the top! LOVE! THANKS FOR THE POST I FOUND MY NEW BREAKFAST!0
