This turned out so freakin good!!! Turkey sausage, bacon and mushroom!!! Only 150 Calories per piece. Made 8 pieces.
Crust:
1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 egg whites
3/4 cup low fat mozzarella, shredded
few dashes of oregano, basil, salt and pepper
Directions
Rice the cauliflower in a food processor, place it in a microwave safe dish and microwave for 6
Put a few paper towels over it and sqeeze as much moisture out as you can.
Mix the cauliflower, egg, mozzarella, oregano, salt and pepper, press the mixture onto a pizza pan
Roll out with hands as thin as possible
Bake in a preheated 450F oven until lightly golden brown, about 15-20 minutes.
Take out and put your sauce and all your toppings.
Bake an additional 15min

I have a similar recipe (whole egg, -a little more cheese) that I just made again last night. So good!!!! Last night I made it with a little chicken, some spinach sauteed with garlic, and just a touch of Alfredo sauce. Awesome!0

Mmmmm sounds yummy! I'm gonna try that! Any good alfredo sauce recommendations? Seems the last few I tried were runny.
