Firefighters! It's all about the firefighters!

The firefighters in my neighborhood are a little different than what the rest of you are describing. They work out at my gym so I see them all the time. Most of them appear to be nearing retirement. ALL of the men except one have beer bellies and appear to be overweight by quite a bit. They walk on the treadmills or use the ellipticals and some of them do some weights. One guy jogs occasionally. Some of them look like they may have been in good shape at some point, but others look like life-long couch potatoes. The one woman on the team appears to be very fit. She is in great shape and can outlift most of the dudes.

I don't think it's the uniform... No offense but those postal uniforms do NOTHING for me - unless its Christmas - but it's the package I am excited about not the uniform!

Men in uniform are still just as likely to be paedophiles/rapists/wife beaters/thieves/a*sholes

Just because they wear a uniform does not make them something special.

You are just as likely to find a `good guy` working in the supermarket/car lot/office

The uniform does NOT make a man!

But if it does it for you then I wish you well :grumble:

I'll take all the men who wear nice suits to work.

    And firemen.

And any shirtless man with ripped up jeans and a tool belt please.

IMO, nothing compares to a Marine in uniform (doesn't matter which - pick one). Or, more specifically: MY Marine in uniform.

I've a thing for men in suits. Which works really well for me considering the profession I'm in. It's got to be a well fitted suit too.

The rest of you can have the firemen. :)
