    Better late than never.. I started last night after seeing someone post it on Facebook, but not sure if my technique is correct. I have my legs quite far apart when I do it, for stability, but not sure if this is working my legs more than my bum! Either way I'm toning up and I've got myself on a health regime too.. Bring on the summer!!

    Rested yesterday since I did squats on a rest day.
    Day 19 - 160 squats complete.

    thought i would recopy the challenge into the Part 2.....seems we lost most of the gang but sure they are squatting somewhere!
    i'm on day 16 so lucky me! rest day!!



    So hi everyone just found this 30 day squat challenge and was wondering if anyone wants to join me flowerforyou in getting a nice firm booty starting the first of march. Open to anyone . It goes like this :

    START DATE: MARCH 1st

    Day 1-50 squats
    Day 2-55 squats
    Day 3-60 squats
    Day 4-Rest
    Day 5-70 squats
    Day 6-75 squats
    Day 7-80 squats
    Day 8-Rest
    Day 9-100 squats
    Day 10-105 squats
    Day 11-110 squats
    Day 12-Rest
    Day 13-130 squats
    Day 14-135 squats
    Day 15- 140 squats
    Day 16-Rest
    Day 17-150 squats
    Day 18- 155 squats
    Day 19- 160 squats
    Day 20-Rest
    Day 21- 180 squats
    Day 22- 185 squats
    Day 23- 190 squats
    Day 24-Rest
    Day 25- 220 squats
    Day 26- 225 squats
    Day 27- 230 squats
    Day 28-Rest
    Day 29- 240 squats
    Day 30- 250 squats


    Post day & squats completed each day, eg. Day 1 - 50 squats - complete .

    Day 18- 155 squats....Completed.
    Day 19- 160 squats... On holiday now, missed today as was travelling. Promise to start again on the 21st. X

    Day 23- 190 squats
    Day 24-Rest
    Day 25- 220 squats
    Day 26- 225 squats

    Re- posting the Challenge. It is a good one. Day 24 and I am up to 5 sets of 50 with my final goal 250 -300 squats 5 days a week from here on out. I notice the difference, and it is well worth my time. I hope to eventually be able to do at least 100 per set at some time. Good luck and Happy Sunday Everyone:smile:

    I'm so glad to see others starting now as well! I'm starting tomorrow!!! Are you just doing regular squats or can we mix them up and do a variety?

    I'm doing different ones. Like, 25 regular squats and then 30 plies or something along those lines. I don't know if those are technically squats, but LORD does it feel like it, haha.

    Day 1---50 squats!

    I've been really sick for the past 2.5 weeks so this was the 1st physical activity I've done, but I felt good. Gym tomorrow....finally. :laugh:
