    *bump*

I have been participating in Nike Training Club for about 2 weeks. Last night, I did it and ate a normal dinner. 3 hours later, I was starving when heading home from a late night church meeting! I stopped and purchased some food that I didn't really want to eat because I couldn't go to bed that hungry. I had to research hunger after workout because I felt that incident was counter productive. I found this helpful.

But then when I eat, I will eat away all my burned Calories!!
    Any Advice!?!

you do realize you're SUPPOSED to eat the burned calories, right?

you already have a deficit built into your goal.
you exercise, you increase that deficit to a potentially unhealthy level, so you eat the calories you just burned to get back to the original deficit you had (presumably 2 pounds per week since that is what everyone chooses...)

exercise isn't to lose weight, it's to get fit and strong....
the calorie counting is to lose the weight....
don't sabotage yourself by starving yourself unknowingly...
if you are hungry after a workout it's because you worked hard and need to fuel your body.
    eat.
    This.

    And once more, because seriously.

a tsp or 2 of peanut butter usually won't kill your diet and will satisfy the cravings.

Have a Protein shake or bar afterwards something in the 15g+ range. That or plan your work out before a meal.

Food is energy for activity. It is natural to need to eat after a workout. Particularly, if it is strength training, I advocate protein... Most suggest protein shakes to quickly replenish muscle tissue after the workout. Eating back at least part of the exercise calories is generally a good thing to do. Best wishes on your success.
