I did 2 rounds of 30 day shred, and some walking from september to december
January I started ripped in 30.
February to March Ist I did zumba, I got so addicted I went twice a day sometimes. lol.
I'm currently still doing zumba... 3 to 4 times a week.

I think maintaining the new lower weight is harder than losing, so if you gain even 2 pounds, get rid of them right away

OMG yes! that's why when we went to Cabo last week and I stepped on the scale to see 2.5 lbs. I was like hell no!!!!!!! lol. so I lost that and some! whoo hoo! =D
When I weighed in March 8th, i was at 153.3 that sunday I was 151.9
when I came back I was like 154.4 so I didn't weigh in that friday grr. Until today! =D0 -
