20-22% body fat. Based on my current LBM that's about 140 lbs. if I build more muscle maybe 145? Right now I'm at about 26% and 153.
I'm small- medium framed 5'7". I suppose I'm pear shaped. I used to be a really good hourglass. Then I lost all my boobs. Technically I'm still big little big for bust-waist-hips. But to me I feel pearish0 -

I'm like 5'7.5" and my goal is about 143 or 145. In my dream world it's 140, but my body really doesn't like to maintain that low. I say I'm of average build with wide hips and shoulders.0

I'm 5'7" and currently 162. Goal is 150-155, which should put me toward the low end of healthy body fat percentage for my age. My frame is medium to large, depending on which definition you use.

My CW is 130 and my GW is 120-125
I'm aiming for 125 or less, but I don't want to go below 120

I'm 5'6.5''. My current weight is roughly 119. I don't plan to lose any more, and would be happy gaining some muscle and weighing 125 or so. I'd say my frame is medium-large. My shape is hourglass. Wide shoulders, wide hips, small waist.0

Small boned. CW 111, GW about 115-118, although I'm betting I'll gain another ten pounds within the next few years and I'm fine with that. It also depends upon how much muscle I can pack on. Yay bulking!

I'm 5'7", no clue how big my bones are but my best guess is I have an hourglass under all this extra stuff lol. My current weight is around 218-220 depending on when I weigh myself. My goal weight WAS 120, but then I thought that was too little, then I upped it to 130, now I'm wondering if that's still too little. Now I'm thinking 135-140. But we'll see when I get there.0

I'm 5'7", CW is 163.8, and my ultimate goal weight is be around 135-140 pounds. I measured my wrists and apparently I have a medium-large build :grumble: And I'd say my body shape is hourglass, except I have a lot of tummy fat too. But my waist is quite a bit smaller than my boobs and hips.0 -
Started out around 300 so I really have no idea of my frame size. Or my shape. I have to shed a bit more I think before I can tell.
My original goal was 160, but I am thinking right now I will be happy with a fit 140 - 150. I will be heavy lifting by then and will be basing it off BF and how I feel/ look.0 -

I've been as low as 128 but was very hard to maintain... not realistic. I had to workout like crazy and eat minimal amounts. Not healthy.
I am focusing on my measurements this time around. I have seen some incredible stories where people only lost a pound towards the end of their weight loss, but it looked like 5-10 because of them losing fat and gaining muscle.0 -
Good thread. I'd like to see what others who are similar frame/build as myself say for their UGW.
I'm thinking 150-160ish would be a comfortable size for me.
I'm 5'5, large bone frame and large boobs/hips.
In no way do I think I'll ever be super small because I'm just not built that way, but I think this is what would be good. Assuming I will adjust as I get closer to my goals.0 -

I'm just under 5'8. My highest weight was 158, I'm currently 143 and my goal weight is 130-135 (I'll have to see how I look and feel once I get to 135). I weighed 120 in my 20s and 128 in my 30s, but I don't think I want to try to maintain my weight at that low at age 48. I'm just not willing to be that hungry all the time.
I'm small framed...very boney with very little muscle mass, so the majority of my weight is fat. Even at 143, I'm covered in cellulite. All the women in my family are like that, unfortunately.0 -
