    Congratulations!!! You look great!! I noticed you said you were a runner, did you have to work your way up to running? I am currently 218lbs and would love to run, but find myself only being able to run a little at a time. It kills my knees and ankles. What would you recommend? Also my friend is a runner and is trying to get me to do a 5k with her (which would be my very first), but very nervous! Thanks and Congrats again on your loss!
