    I struggle with binge eating and overeating and due to a bad bout of binging (10000calories of junk daily, for about a month and gained 10kg) I am now at the high end of my weight. Yo-yo weighted countless of times, also had a bad bout of anorexia and then bulimia. Trying to strike a balance and lose it the healthy way this time! Still struggling with binging but staying positive!!! Good luck everyone :)

    Today it's cardio & abs! I've already been exercising for about 3 weeks and lost 1/2 inch since then :) Can't wait to see how I'll be by 5/29

    I have a lot of great tips and simple workouts to help target different areas! I also love my take-out food, I've learned ways to make a lot of it at home by slashing calories but still eating what I want!! How bout Chinese Moo Shu Shrimp? Turkey tacos you would never guess made with Turkey!! Homemade fried rice!!!! Breakfast tacos anyone?? Home made soups!!! :) I love to eat what I want!! ESPECIALLY tacos!!!! I also make desserts!

    That's a pretty high goal but maybe that's what I need as well for my motivation!!! I start at 155lb and need to be as close as possible to 125lb so add me please:)

    I am definetly in. My goal right now is about 10 pounds a month. But to stay on track 20 pounds by 5/39/13 sounds like an awesome option. This will be right at graduation for the high school I teach at.

  • I would love to join you! My SW was 168 and I have lost around 14 lb so far... but I want to lose another 20-25 to be slim for my wedding day in June! Any encouragement I can get is definitely helpful!
