    Very well done indeed. In answer to your question on the accuracy of BMI scale, it is just a guideline. Weight lifters often have higher BMIs without being "overweight".

    This is going to sound to cheesy, but when I scrolled down to your "after" pics, I actually jumped. Like, they physically startled me because the change was so drastic. If I had water in my mouth at the time, I probably would have sprayed it on the screen. Like, wow. Amazing work!

    And I have the same towels.

    You look awesome!! Well done you - it must have been hard at times. Not only have you lost weight but you've also become super fit!
