    so my starting pre shred measurements are :
    Neck 36cm
    Waist 88cm
    Hips 100cm
    Thigh 57cm
    top arms 32cm
    boobs 101cm
    weight 159lb
    height 5ft7inch (hoping that won't change lol)


    im new at all this how do u measure everything?

  • I staretd it today along with the c25k app. I really liked it! it makes you sweat and you feel the burnt hats for sure :)
  • Try the burn fat boost metabolism complete workout on you tube.

    Jul685- I can't find it but I found Blast Fat Boost Metabolism, maybe I'll try that next. I also got Kickbox Fastfix, but I need to practice a bit, I'm not very coordinated.

    im going to have a break from JM ( been doing her workouts since jan 2nd). i will be starting Insanity on the 8th of April....eek

    I have wanted to try insanity after Shred or Ripped in 30...Do you think insanity bulks you up?

    Day one level THREE! Holy moly, I need to work on my stamina.
    Pros: it was over before I knew it. I liked how much it worked my legs. I liked the ab sections.
    Cons: I hate jumping and this level has a lot of awkward jumping. Supermans? Ugh no, hate them! And I actually said "seriously?!" Out loud more than once during this workout. And I didn't even get as sweaty as level 2 (sweat buckets).
    Overall, I will learn to love this workout over the next 9 days and hopefully appreciate the progress I've made in the past 30 days :)

    I like when it's over before I know it, but I don't like jumping... I won't get to level 3 till next week probably.

    Second day of level 3 was better. Sweated a bit more, pushed a bit more. And I forgot to mention yesterday, in level 3 one round of cardio you do with weights, awesome! And I hate the jump swats and sumo jump things, ouch!

  • I've been doing Level 3 the past 4 days. I'm not crazy about all the jumping things either. But the worst is definitely the traveling pushups. omg, those are torture. And the scissor crunches are really hard for me, too. I do like the cardio with weights, and the plank position leg raise things (even though those are also very hard).

    Overall, though, even though I hate Jillian while doing the video, in the end I love her. I really am seeing results by staying consistent with it and also improving what I eat. I think I've lost about 10 pounds over the past 2 months. :)
