I'm lazy, I just use one scoop of whey with one spoon of yogurt and a little water and microwave that for like 30 seconds. You can add a sweetener / cocoa powder or w/e if you want.0

Exactly! I'm always looking for single-serving options like this. All the low-calorie dessert ideas are great in theory, but the temptation is still too much if I'm faced with an entire pan of 60-calorie cookies, brownies, muffins, or what have you. :sad:
ETA: I also came up with the 68-calorie figure after creating a recipe. It must be the difference between using 3 tbsp of Egg Beaters instead of a real egg. EVEN BETTER!0 -
