I had a really bad allergic reaction to ground flax seed.
I have ALWAYS hated beans so I just stay away from them.
I had sardines about a month ago and loved them.... had some recently and they were disgusting. Then realized the first ones were sardine fillets... and the other ones... weren't.0 -
I bought this "protein + greens" bar once after a workout to split with my husband... we both took one bite into it and gagged. It seriously tasted like eating grass and dirt mixed with peanut butter. And I'm one who likes greens and spinach in my smoothies... but yuck. Never again in bar form.
Oh, and coconut water. Love coconut everything else, but coconut water makes me sick to my stomach.0 -
Prawns/Shrimps etc... I really WANT to like them, and try them periodically to see if I've changed my mind about them, but nope, they still gross me out.0

Be careful with that. Sniffles and scratchy throat sound like food allergy and may surprise you one day with a full blown anaphylactic reaction.0

I really wish I liked cottage cheese but I can't stand the taste or the texture although I'm fussy with cheese full stop.
hey mixed, I generally feel the same way about cottage cheese, but have you ever tried it with apple butter? Heaven! I'm sure apple butter would ruin the whole "healthy" thing, as it tastes too good to be good for you. It look like applesauce, but it's got a smoother consistency and it's brown. Deeeelicious with cottage cheese!0 -

I don't do well with dairy, so when I made pizza last month I used fake soya cheese, it was the first time in my life I really did not want to eat pizza!
Next time I will just have the damn cheese and the sniffles and scratchy throat that goes with it! I eat pizza so rarely that I can cope with it!

Green Vibrance or any other powdered vegetable supplement.. they taste like freaking dirt
Chia seeds are like learning what swallowing a load must be like...
hahahaha i add chia seeds to smoothies sometimes. I chug it fast before the chia makes the texture becomes thicker >_>0 -

i have tried a gluten free bread made of rice flour. it crumbled too much. it was much better toasted0 -
I juiced some carrots and I don't remember what else was in it, but it was gross... I haven't built up the courage to try another juicing recipe.0

Don't like oatmeal, brown rice or beans. I know they are supposed to be good for you but I can't choke them down. Well, beans are only a sometime problem. Still not a fan of them. Green beans are good. Refried beans are good and a few red beans in chili are fine.0

I can't stand the texture of eggplant. I've tried it half a dozen ways. It's just horrible to me.
Also, most of those low calorie alternatives to "unhealthy" foods. Like pizza or cupcakes or whatever. I'd rather just wait until I have room in my diary for the real thing.
If I'm going to have things like pizza or a cupcake, by all that's holy I'm going for the real thing! What's the point in cheating if you aren't going to to do it right? lol0 -
