It has been a tough month and I have been struggling to stay motivated, but when I look back at how far I have come I know I cannot quit. Hence, I am dusting myself off and getting back up on that horse, lol (and hey at least now the horse won't buckle under my weight, haha). I am 35 years old, 5'5" and my starting weight was 280lbs, and I started my weightloss last March. My goal weight is 130lbs, and I am about 30ish away but I know I will get there
Picture on the Left 270lbs (28 years old) and Picture on the Right 155lbs (35 years old).
WOW! You look 10 years younger! Fantastic job! Keep up the excellent work!

great job!, your before pics are about like where I am now. We have a similar build. I had lost 20 lbs and gained it all back and this is a good reminder that that 20 lbs makes a big difference.0

Here are my comparison pictures. I've lost 70 lbs & have been maintaining for about a year.0
-
SW: 236 (16st 12) - a UK size 18/20 and pushing upwards (@ start of diet proper in April 2012, prob 240+ at the start of 2012)
CW: 178 (12st 10) - a UK size 10/12
TW: 151 (11st 1) - the top of my healthy BMI range (I know BMI is flawed but using this as a guide - will see how I feel when I near/reach there)
January: 240ish before even the pre-diet
April: 227 two weeks into the diet proper. I'm the fat cow with the chunky calves!
August: 190 UK Size 14
Today: 178 not a lot of weight lost since August but in a UK Size 10 dress thanks to focus more on resistance and strength work than cardio. (Although I'm kinda in between sizes. A more tailored dress would probably need a 12 - as would fitted shirts. I can get my size 10 Levis fastened but they're not yet comfortable but size 12 Miss Selfridge jeans are literally falling off me)
Still some way to go but getting there.
Fantastic work!!0 -

These were taken after a few Jillian Michael's DVDs and running. Not much weight change actually!
I'm glad to know you can get toned and not have much of a weight change! My weight is not budging but I have been told by a few people that I look smaller..?? Look great!0 -

3 months in - still have a long way to go. These pics represent a nearly 40 pound loss - mostly in my face apparently. The ones with the green shirt are from pre-calorie counting and general getting more active. The ones in the brown shirt are from today.
