April 30 Day Abs Of Steel Challenge

So hi everyone!!! Doing a 30 Day Squat Challenge this month, so i thought I'd do a 30 Day Abs Challenge next month.

Was wondering if anyone wanted to join in on the fun in getting a nice toned stomach, beginning the first of April.

Open To Everyone. It consists of 300 abdominal exercises every other day.

For Example :

Day 1 - 300 Abs
Day 2 - Rest
Day 3 - 300 Abs
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - 300 Abs
Day 6 - Rest etc

NB: A list of abdominal exercises would be given on respected days.

If interested, please indicate below and I would add you to the group, where you would find the rest of details, be able check in, give & get advice, tips, etc.
