    Thanks for your concern or whatever but this challenge is about adding additional abdominal exercises to your workout, you may already be doing, in my case it's a 1 - 2 hr cardio daily workout. If you don't know please ask & stop assuming. My message box is full of messages like these. This thread doesn't have all the details as i have stated before, the group will.

    You people need to stop.

    I am in, I was doing the squat challenge but had to pull out as I got married last week and am still away. Will be back on April 1st so will definitely do this. Good luck everyone. xx
