What food do you probably eat too much of (healthy or not)?

            2% chocolate milk but on the other hand a good source of calcium and vit D.0

            LOVE edamame (soybean) hummus or guacamole !!!0

            Granola bars. I would have been at goal like 6 months ago if I could knock it off with the d@mn granola bars.0

            This week it's been sweet potatoes.. like one a day. I can't seem to fill the craving for them =P
 l also eat a lot of oatmeal & greek yogurt0

            Peanut butter! I always make room for it, even if that means a 5 mile run!0

            Fried eggs over easy and yogurt. I love eggs, but I have to make sure they're in moderation and I love yogurt, BUT I dont eat it too often. I always (on the weekends) make sure to eat something sweet that way I dont go insane, but I don't overdo it.0

            I eat too much Subway. Ever since my husband decided to join MFP a week and a half after I did, it's always Subway. Today we actually did Burger King though because I said I didn't want to eat at Subway.0

            Chocolate. Now it's Easter and I'm in for a chocolate overload.0

            Bell peppers. Pretty much a daily necessity. Plus the orange / red / yellow / green makes the plate just look more interesting.
 Also almond butter. Trader Joe's has this crunchy unsalted version that is perfect.... :-)0

            I eat peanut butter all the time. I eat it alone, on crackers, on bread, in protein shakes, with chocolate, with grenache, and more! I crave it all the time and it's not really bad for me so I allow myself around 2-5Tbsp/day.0

            Tuna, I could do with mixing it up a bit ...0

            Old fashion oatmeal with blueberries and cinammon. Every. Single. Morning. That's the good one.
 Chocolate cookies, cake, ice cream, donut, anything chocolate. That's the bad one. Oh yeah, beer too.:drinker:0

            Eggs and dairy in general (yougart/cheese/cottage cheese)0

            Strawberries! I love them but since they're healthy it's not a big deal. I'm sneaking them in with meals to get my Hubby healthier.0

            Bananas. I eat at least one every day and have to restrain from eating waaaay more.0

            Diet Drinks i think. Never used to drink them as I thought they were bad for you.
 But come the colder months i just couldn't handle all the water, so I changed to them to try and keep me on track.0
