    Carrots are the number one thing I eat TOO much of.But I cant help it, there the perfect low cal snack to much on. My skin is kinda orange LOL I also eat alot of broccoli, oatmeal, ricecakes and greek yogurt is starting to be an addiction.

    Chobani greek yogurt, cottage cheese, low-fat mozzarella cheese strings, and almond milk. (All dairy till you get to the milk....lol. I can't stand the taste of regular milk, and it goes bad before I can even drink it. Love almond milk sooo much more!)

    As long as you are not increasing fat mass, then you really can't say you are eating too much of anything.

    When I discovered PopCorners, (Caramel, White Cheddar and Jalapeno) my favorites; I couldn't resist eating an entire bag in one sitting. I gained about 5 lbs. I had to stop buying them for a while.

    I would say potato chips, except that I don't eat too much of them. Only a serving a day, a few times a week, which doesn't cause any harm. I eat a ton of whole grain pasta, but it's all within my calories and it fuels my workouts, so that's not bad either. I guess I don't eat too much of any particular food, which may be why I've never been overweight...I do think I get more sugar than I should.

    Hagen Daz ice cream. I have couple (usually) spoonfuls pretty much everyday. Just a little treat for being a good boy, when I am good that is.
