First time in 10 years I jumped off the YoYo train and just stayed consistent with training and nutrition. This site was a big part of my journey, so I thought I would give something back in the way of motivation.

This was me Dec. 26th 2011 @ 210lbs

    Awesome transformation! You look like a completely different person! This makes me believe in consistency, as I have a tendency to yoyo with regards to diet

    I am 5'11" and which was one of the problems...in clothes I looked ok (or at least I thought I did at the time)

    That first pic really opened my eyes to what I actually looked like.

    I still have the legs, I am a noob at taking pics with my phone, I couldn't even figure out where to look to not make it seem like I was staring off into space. I will get one with my camera so I can show off the wheels.

    Legs twice a week!!

    There's almost nothing worse than a man with a well-built upper body and when you look down you see the legs of a chicken.
