Tired of people saying "Girls shouldn't lift, girls don't need muscle, lifting makes you bulky!"?

    This is a great thread. And anyone who knows weightlifting would know the size of the weights don't matter, it's what you do with them. Good form and focus on the movements and body are key. Heavier weights would come naturally later for most people.

    love this post. women don't have the hormones to "get bulky" like men do. Lifting weight will make women lean, stronger and healithier.

    I love Marilyn Monroe, she was beautiful. It is a shame that by Hollywood standards today she would be bullied into losing that GORGEOUS figure, by some producer that told her she was FAT.
