    I'm definitely in!

    Lost 2 kilos in March! This was an added incentive plus made a great friend!

    SW 68 kilo in January.
    CW 62.2
    GW 60

    This month I hope to keep on track and maintain all the exercise! It's my 54th birthday this month and it would be special to be in even better shape!

    This month I want to be really consistent with both calorie intake and running. (both at very healthy levels - sometimes it's whether I'm eating enough!)
    Run/Walking 3 miles at the moment, hope to be run/walking 6 by the end of the month and able to run at least one without stopping!

    Kicking my activity up a notch since it's Autumn (Fall) in Australia and if I don't get into a routine now I'll end up sitting on my butt over Winter. I have a holiday coming up in September and would love to shed 15kgs before then. Need to be and stay motivated to achieve that goal!

    I would like to add 3 walks per week to my exercise routine I would like to be walking 2 miles per day by the end of the month.

    We are finally getting some beautiful spring weather and I would like to take advantage of that by adding a few minutes to my walks every few days.

    New Habit to form: I am going to make sure I get a minimal 6 hours of sleep everyday. No more sleeping at 2-3 a.m at least not on weekdays!
