    So I've been doing this as well and just completed day 18 yesterday, but is there a plan for after the 30 days? Surely you cannot just stop everything will go right back to how it was!

    I think that I'll just find another challenge and incorporate a good amount of squats into my (currently non existent) daily routine! :happy:

    Going to start this today 1st April - 30th April..

    I've started today (April 1st) :) First time I'm going to attempt a regular routine of squats. I did all 50 today with 4kg dumb bells on each arm.

    Pile Squats are great for the inner thighs. Mix it up. Make sure your knees do not go past your toes..or PAIN or Injury. Do sets you can manage, Look up squats on youtube to check for form etc.:flowerforyou: .
