This month my goal is to reengage my fitness plan....life has over ran me lately and I need to put everything back in its place so I do not gain all of my weight back. Also I would like to fit into a dress that I bought the other day which fits but not perfectly. I first started back in May of 2011. At that point I weighed 310 and was not healthy. I got my crap together and through healthier eating and butt kicking exercise, I got down to 225 pounds the day my second child was born (my son in Dec of 2011). I dropped 83 pounds in 8 months, but I put 50 pounds back on just as fast. My daughter is almost 4 and my son is 16 months old. Time for me to get back at it and stop making excuses!!! Thanks.

Well after a great March where I did better than my goal, here goes again! This month though I will be going onto maintenance from the 20th as I can't lose anymore between my final wedding dress fitting and the big day, don't want it falling down as I walk down the aisle!
