Hi,

Am going to start a 6 week Boot Camp tomorrow & thought I'd stick it on here in case there's anyone else who's keen?

The site is:

http://www.efit30.com.au/6-week-boot-camp-train-like-an-olympian-efit30/

It then links up with YouTube for each training day with a workout.

Cheers!

Bumping for later. I may want to try this once I'm done with 30 day shred.
  • This sounds fun. I might be in.

    Just an update on this:

I've finished!!! Managed to do the 6 weeks but it took about 7, life got in the way a few times but I kept at it.

Now I've done all the sessions i can definitely recommend it if you're looking for something that's a consistent workout every day but not going to kill you. I've definitely built up some muscle and dropped some fat, probably because I watched what I ate too (most of the time).

It's not hard-core so if you're super fit this will bore you. It's more if you're getting back into exercise with a bit of fitness under your belt.

Considering it's free i really liked it. There's a few things it could improve on such as a bit more muscle group variety between days and building up intensity more over the weeks, but overall I think it was worth it :)
