    Are there videos online of how to do a correct squat? Or can anyone explain? Just so i know im not doing anything that will cause any damage!

    Yes, there are many videos on YouTube to show you the way to do a proper squat. :)

    Sorry I didn't do Day 6 today. My whole family along with myself have the stomach flu. I'm lucky to be awake right now. Will make it up as soon as I can move.

    I did do my weight and measurement this morning and I am down 14 pounds in 5 weeks and 2 days. I am also down 13 overall inches in 2 1/2 weeks.
