    Not really a weight, but I want to see my abs. If I had to guess, 170 - 180 as I am 5'11"

    i'm 5'4 and im aiming for 130-125 but since ive been working out im trying to watch the measuring tape more and scale less

    I am now 116 lbs and although I would love to be 110, my aim is more to get toned than skinnier.

    Hi, I'm new to Myfitnesspal. I just signed up last night. I was put on some medication about a year and half ago and when I started it I was weighing 140lbs. As of December 2012 I was weighing 178lbs. I have been determined to lose this extra weight. I started on December 22, 2012 eating at 1200 calorie diet and cutting back on the junk food. I am a junk food junky, I love it! I have since joined a gym and I go at least 3 times a week and sometimes more. I can say that I am now weighing in at 163lbs. I feel so much better now and working out is not a chore anymore for me. I like doing it! I am at a stand still right now because I have been at 163 for a couple of weeks. I changed up my routine yesterday and I am hoping that is going to help.

    Any and all suggestions are welcomed.

    I'm around 140 at the min but want to get down to around 130 I'm 5'7'' and tone up more.

    I'd like to be under 130, as that's the size I was through most of highschool. My main goal is the fit into my jeans again/have a flat(ish) belly, though.

    I'm 146 as of Saturday, so I'm on my way :)

    Edit: Oh, I'm 5' 4.5" for the record.

    My goal weight is 140 ( which is about a size 7/8 for me) . I'm currently 176 and started at around 188. :smile: ...I'm 5'4 and have a naturally curvy figure...any smaller than 140 and I lose my shape and look skinny, and not in a good way...lol

    My ultimate goal weight is 115. But I may end up changing my mind. I think it depends on how much I tone up. I was pretty happy with my weight at 125 before so I'll have to wait and see. I'm currently 5'4 and 152. I'd love to be a US size 4, but most of my old clothes are size 6. I'm currently a size 8.

    If I were giving advise in your situation, I would definitely figure out your BMR and TDEE and eat between them rather than just eating 1200 calories - it's a lot healthier way to go. Also, if you're just doing cardio, incorperate some weights/heavy lifting if you can.

    I'm 62 years old and diabetic on insulin...so getting the scale to move downward is a challenge.
