My highest weight was 263. My current weight 3 months on is 244. My initial goal is 175 - and then will review....0

I'm 313lbs and 6'2" at the moment. I play American Football so I'd really like to be about 280.
What I mean by that is I'd like to go down to about 200lbs and add 80lbs of muscle! I know that's highly unlikely, but one can dream!0 -

Hi, I'm new to Myfitnesspal. I just signed up last night. I was put on some medication about a year and half ago and when I started it I was weighing 140lbs. As of December 2012 I was weighing 178lbs. I have been determined to lose this extra weight. I started on December 22, 2012 eating at 1200 calorie diet and cutting back on the junk food. I am a junk food junky, I love it! I have since joined a gym and I go at least 3 times a week and sometimes more. I can say that I am now weighing in at 163lbs. I feel so much better now and working out is not a chore anymore for me. I like doing it! I am at a stand still right now because I have been at 163 for a couple of weeks. I changed up my routine yesterday and I am hoping that is going to help.
Any and all suggestions are welcomed.

If I were giving advise in your situation, I would definitely figure out your BMR and TDEE and eat between them rather than just eating 1200 calories - it's a lot healthier way to go. Also, if you're just doing cardio, incorperate some weights/heavy lifting if you can.

When I went for a physical, I asked my doctor, and he put me around 180-210. I'm at 204 now, so I'm going to shoot for 180.0

112 is my goal weight I am 5"0. I am currently 154 and I was 182.0

My goal is 150 too. Started at 171 and at157 today. I may re-set my goal to 145 when I reach it to reflect my older, saggier body which may need to weigh less to achieve same look as my younger 150. (If only it were that simple)0

Goal weight is 65kg, I'm currently 59kg & dropping. I started off at 95kg in Feb 2012, by Sept 2012 I was 64kg0

@dlycooper5 - That is awesome! I love junk food too, especially pop! I have cut down on drinking pop, and this week I started the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred...I am feeling it now!

I am 5'3" and I was 375 when I started working on my weight. My current weight is 317. My first goal weight is 250, then when I get to 250 I will aim for 200, then 150 and so on :-)0

I'm 5' 8" and my goal is 160-165. I don't want to be a stick figure, just comfortable in my own skin. That would put me in a very comfortable 10.0
