160ish. I don't want to be really skinny because I turn into a stick XD (my high schools pics; YIKES! I was skinny, but I had almost no figure!). 160'll put me at university weight :) I might change my goal when I get there to either maintain or drop to 150, but I don't want to make any commitments until I see how I feel.

But I'd love to say I lost 100 lbs... so maybe 132? ... It's still too soon to tell!

I had to change my goal weight. I'm currently 238 lbs, down from 248. When I started I put my goal weight at 165 lbs (I'm 5' 10"). My lowest weight as an adult was 174 lbs right when I started college, and I looked OK but still had some fat around the belly, so I figured 165 would be a good number for me.

Anyhow, I recently had my body fat % measured and found out that in the ten years since then I must have packed on a lot of muscle because my lean body mass had gone up to 173 lbs. So I changed my focus to body fat percentage, which I want to get that to between 12-15%, or wherever it needs to be so that I have some muscle definition in my abs. Assuming my LBM doesn't change, that puts me at around 195 lbs. Felt kind of good, seeing the amount of weight I need to lose drop from 83 lbs to 53 lbs - felt like I'd dropped 30 lbs overnight!

Don't have a specific goal weight, my ultimate goal is to get my bodyfat down to 20%, which currently is anywhere between 20 - 29% according to the different calculators on the F2F website. I would like to get a more accurate measurement, but I do not belong to a gym and the couple of places in my area that does the DEXA scanning or Hydrostactic testing is very expensive.

you can purchase a handheld caliper off of amazon for much cheaper and you can track your progress at home yourself =)

I really don't have a actual goal weight right now at least. But I can say I am on 10 pound increments, every 10 pounds lost truly helps my knees.

Hopefully I can get there. It's slow going, but I remain hopeful. I'm sick this week so likely I haven't lost much LOL.

Not really sure as I think what was suitable for me at 20 is going to be too low at 63. At 20 I felt great at 124 lbs, then at 30 it was 131. I am 5ft 5ins. I reckon it might be around 145 now as I don't want to look scraggy. My neck is already looking wobbly at 157. I think I will get down to 145 and see what I look like. I already feel terrific having lost 39 lbs!

At about 5'11" I'm shooting for close to 200, which will be a weight loss of about 35 pounds since joining MFP, and total loss of nearly 90 pounds since I decided to start making a change for the better.
  • I'm 5'1''
My current weight is around 225, but my goal weight is to get down to 140
  • 143-154 pounds (roughly 65-70kg) I'm 5'4 or 163cm.

Right now I have 77 pounds (or 35kg) to lose!
  • Officially my goal is 115-110

I don't have one. I just want a BF% between 10-15% with more muscle than what I currently have.

115 was a pretty normal high school/college weight for me. I would probably be happy at 120. Shooting for healthy body fat with good bmi number. Want to be strong!

I don't have a particular number in mind, but I'd like to be a size 4 in jeans and have definition in my arms, legs and abs! I'll get there soon enough. :)
