    I am in! Fell way, way off the wagon this weekend...jumped up 6 pounds, hadn't eaten chips in 8 weeks...

    CW 147.3 thinking (hoping!) this isn't real accurate, last week was 141.3

    Just started my journey in February....my "renewal" should be to change my exercise up in April. I was doing great first month (feb 17-Mar 17) but got busy/bored/comfortable/whatever and need to get back into a better exercise routine. I have kept the calories/diet in check...but can tell from the slow progress the last two weeks that the exercise is pretty critical for me to make progress.

    By the end of April I want to run my longest run to date. So far I've run 8.5 miles. I would like to get over 9, shooting for 10.

    Just for fun: Spring is a time of renewal and rebirth. What new event, habit or change are you going to accomplish this month?
    I am hoping to keep up with my 3x's a week cardio. (Walk away the pounds) along with my outdoor activities.

    I am all about this! April is a really important month for me to stay focused because I'll be on the beach in a two-piece just a week into May!

    Habit to get into this month is to get back to my 3x a week exercise routine, this will take quite a bit of effort as my early evenings and lunchtimes are already pretty busy this month. Thank goodness for the lighter nights

    This month I want to track everything I do, and I'm trying a new way of eating. I have upped my water intake from 4 to 6 glasses to 12 glasses and for me that's a miracle, I don't like water, so now I flavor it. I want to lose 5 pounds or more this month.
