Wow! Can't a person just vent without getting skewered for it? Let he who has never been annoyed enough to vent cast the first stone!

    thank you mallory :flowerforyou:

funny how all those people criticizing my post, come on my post to criticize me instead of just moving along or clicking the big X at the top right of the screen.

some people really need to lighten up. if you don't like my post, keep it moving.

Unlike Facebook where you can hide a feed or remove a friend, a public forum thread is open to any and all opinions.

well unlike facebook, my posts won't show up in YOUR newsfeed or on YOUR wall so you didn't need to read it or respond in the first place.

some people just post the most annoying things - ya know those ones that leave you thinking - Did you really need to share that information?

You can make it to where forum posts don't show up in your newsfeed on MFP. Just putting it out there in case anyone didn't know that :)

You should ask your teacher "friends" what their work schedule is. Most of he teachers I work with are at school at least an hour before the kids for meetings and prep. Many stay after school for prep, coaching or teaching after school. Many also take grading home.
I have a lot of "friends" that are teachers. They have got to be the biggest complainers on Facebook. Especially for a group that gets home around 3:30 in the afternoon.

I'd just ignore.. she always wants to be challenged and is relentless until she gets the last word. She'll probably come after me for writing this but I plan on ignoring her.

Anyway, I have a ton of awesome friends but FB really brings out the lame side of them. Most annoying posts are the ones where they complain about the same problems over and over, receive feedback about said problems then proceed to do nothing.. I usually just stay off of FB unless there is something work related to share

Couldn't YOU do the same thing on Facebook when YOU don't like someone's post?

True, I've had to do that several times but a lot of the people I have to do that to are work friends.. they seem to notice and complain when you don't comment on their posts, answer their messages or respond to friend requests. I work in media, it seems inevitable. I decided to just not log on or write much, that's my excuse for not answering messages/friend requests. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
