What do you choose? Hershey's Kiss, Skinny Cow? I need some ideas for when I just need a nibble.

Dark chocolate. Any brand will do in my book, but I buy Dove most often.0

Small piece of the darkest dark chocolate I can find...I love about 75% dark. A super-small piece is so satisfying, it's all I need.
OR...a few dark chocolate covered almonds. YUM!0 -

Honestly? I just had one of those moments and got a snickers bar out of the vending machine here in the office.
If you ask me, as long as they don't happen often, when you do have that moment, SATISFY IT! Put the beast to rest. Some people buy dark chocolate and do that even if they don't really like it. Get what you WANT and eat it ONCE. There's absolutely no shame in rarely indulging a bad craving.
I know others will disagree with me, but it's worked for me this far.0 -

I buy the king sized dark Hershey's bar and break it up, put it in the freezer, and nibble on 1 or 2 pieces a day (until its tom then i'm lucky if I don't eat the whole thing at once)0 -
Skinny Cows all the way. They make some yummy treats but can be expensive.0

If I had Hershey kisses, I'd probably go for one of those. But I usually go for cocoa roast almonds because I always have those and rarely have other chocolates.0

I will usually go for one of those mini peppermint patties. Chocolcate and mint and low in the calories.0

Out those two choices, I'd go with the Hershey's kiss but I'd prefer a nice chunk of dark chocolate any day. Every couple of weeks I treat myself to a package of Ghiradelli 86% cacoa squares. YUM!!0

Pure freakin genius!! It never occured to me to put in in the microwave lol :blushing: I am also a recovering extreme chocoholic0 -
I like the Trader Joes dark chocolate or also will make a hot chocolate. One of those 25calorie packs with either hot water or coffee. And if I'm feeling extra bad, a little light whip. Especially when it's cold. Last's longer than a piece of chocolate and does the trick.0
