Wow..how is everyone feeling after the deep lunges/squats?!? I did 30 deep lunges on each leg on Monday and I'm still in pain! Is that typical?0 -
I can't do jump ropes right now because of my neck/arm problem, so I did about 150 squats to replace it.0

Well, I did the jump part of the jump rope. I didn't do the rope part. Tomorrow is hammer punches. I know I can't do those because of my arm/neck problem. I'll figure out something else to do.0
