    4/2: 100 Deep lunges (joined today) I can't do deep lunges...I did180 squats instead.

    4/3: 100 side knee lifts -- side knee lifts DONE!!!

    Wow..how is everyone feeling after the deep lunges/squats?!? I did 30 deep lunges on each leg on Monday and I'm still in pain! Is that typical?

    I can't do jump ropes right now because of my neck/arm problem, so I did about 150 squats to replace it.

    Well, I did the jump part of the jump rope. I didn't do the rope part. Tomorrow is hammer punches. I know I can't do those because of my arm/neck problem. I'll figure out something else to do.

    @pjgreen- I love that you are determined to do these challenges and find ways to modify them due to your injury instead of just not doing anything at all!! You are awesome!
