    one day it just hit me--- i would always start -- than say ... Im done.... but than i just kept going.... and going..... turns out now Im like a work out junkie.... but i still friggin love food--- so it makes it kinda tough-- but i seem to be maintaining-- so thats good-- I still wanna drop another 30lbs or just replace it with MUSCLES...... I am so not scared of lifting heavy or be strong -- its pretty fun actually!! I tell ppl to just stay strong and push through the first 14 days of working out-- and do fun stuff--maybe youll grow to love it!!!! as for diet---- ohhhhh that is a tough one-- just stick with the basics-- but keep working out-- and eventually you will feel the difference in when you fuel your body with --oh so yummy...... Oh so but BAD FUEL -- and the oh so healthy and (soon youll love it) good stuff!! Good luck and STAY STRONG!!
