    Well, I did the jump part of the jump rope. I didn't do the rope part. Tomorrow is hammer punches. I know I can't do those because of my arm/neck problem. I'll figure out something else to do.

    well almost there I got April 2 and 3 done today so should be caught up tomorrow if I can move my legs

    I lost track of how many squats I did after 150. I am using squats to replace the upper body work that I can't do right now.
