When you just need a piece of chocolate

I try to have one free meal a week which includes chocolate for dessert (I usually get lindt, thorntons or hotel chocolat). If however I crave chocolate any other time I have 1 tsp bornville cocoa powder in hot water with a drop of milk. I have heard of other people also putting it in greek yogurt etc.0

I go 60% cocoa or better Belgium or Swiss. and I convince myself that one ounce of dark chocolate is good for me, it has antioxidants right? and I can usually do if for under 150 cals. I don't do milk chocolate. No Hersey or Mars because the cocoa content is so low it's just sugar anyway.0

Keep your choices to some quality dark chocolate! Why? Fewer calories, which is a great start, and the dark is actually a more healthy choice. Enjoy!!0

I like to get a Lindt 90% dark chocolate bar and stash it in the cabinet. I love dark chocolate, and I tend to be satisfied with just a nibble, If I eat milk chocolate, I tend to wand to eat more and more.0
