    I'm on day 4. Today was my rest day. You should do it. I was so sore after the first day but now it's not as sore.

    I'm TOTALLY down! I've been trying to motivate myself to do it (consistently). But since I started the Isagenix 30day Cleanse, this should be a great time! I'll start tomorrow....well later today actually!

    I want to make sure I'm doing the correct one. After the 30d squat challenge I want to do the 30d Ab challenge. Both are SERIOUS!

    Also for those doing it already... do you vary your squat routine? I don't want to get bored with straight machine squats and I heard you can change it up! :-)

    I'm on day 10 and I love this challenge! I'm already beginning to see results! I was wondering, would it be a bad idea to do it again next month, or would that be too much for the knees?

    Day 1- 50 Squats
    Day 2-100
    Day 3-150
    Day 4-200

    I want to try this. I have such bad balance though. Anyone have any suggestions on a good way to balance myself at home while moving in and out of the squat position? When I used to do these in the gym my trainer had me use a stabilization ball behind my back and lean against a wall but I do not have a ball at home.
