I've lost about 18 kilo's a couple of years ago, unfortunately I have gain 5 back. I would like to lose about 10 over the next few months. Going to start today, just needing some motivation!

This week: well first week into April and started a new exercise plan this month. so far I love it. it gives me more of a variety and more of a challenge. I like that it isn't just the same workout everyday. last month I did zumba which I loved but I was starting to get board so I decided to incorporate zumba into this workout by doing it twice a week. but although the new work out I have been having trouble staying above my calories. with Easter candy and my sister's bbq party (which also had cake) I totally blew this week. im just glad some how I didn't gain any weight. I wanted to lose 8 lbs this month but I might not reach that goal but hopefully I still lose the five pounds we are all after(: wish me luck this week. new week here I come!0 -

Strangely, I wound up weighing the same despite the fact that I was eating healthier and doing my best to maintain a 500 calorie deficit. I'm thinking part of it might be water retention as I had some very salty food over the weekend. I might see what happens tomorrow and then readjust my recording dates.0
