I just stumbled onto this thread. Do the push-ups have to be on your toes, or can some (or most) of them be on your knees? Do they have to all be done at the same time? Do we check in every day (assuming life allows for it).? I'm glad we don't have to neccesairly exercise outside, it's 110 out there.

    Hello Maytanewfie

I'm the oldest in this challenge and I do all the cheats. I have bad knees so all my pushups are wall pushups, I do them all at once. My lunges are done in the pool before my aqua class. It's really for you. The whole idea is to just do as much as YOU can. Most of us check in daily. But life happens and some times I miss a day mostly on the weekend.
We would love to have you join us. We are not about perfection just effort and support.

    Good morning,
I hope everyone had a fun and safe 4th. I didn't do as bad as I have in the past..BUT I could have done better. We had steaks, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, Fresh corn on the cob and sliced tomatoes. No desserts. Hey! Last year it was smoked brisket, Potato salad, cole slaw and baked beans and peach cobbler with Ice cream. I think we had a few less calories this year.
House work is the only exercise I got in this weekend.

Any suggestion for this weeks challenge?

    Mon:
25 pushups/25 crunches/I have plans for agua class and lunges this evening.
    2 h2o
    ..so far.

    Later.

So today marks week 7 right?

I am planning on having a really focused week this week I was up 2lbs but my inches were down so I am not to bummed just need to get on a steady path!!

Challenge suggestion to work out for 90min straight atleast 3X this week with whatever workout you decide whether it be swim, walk, jog or sports etc.

cbethea: I'll give 90 mins a try..might have to be walking. But that will count.

Are we ready to start the week 7 thread?
