I discovered ToneItUpcom girls and I'm starting to do their exercises today. They seem ok for the beginners (I'm a total beginner at this type of exercises) :D

Ahem, er, cough, cough, I won't say my age but I use BeFit in 90 and HASfit. When I started back working out, I used HASfit's 10 min trainers and worked my way up to doing them in stacks. Ex. Once you get strong enough, do two 10 min workouts or three. I like to stack the shorter workouts.

I love BodyRock.tv (where Zuzka Light came from originally), which is now TheDailyHiit.com, I think. Either link will work.

The main ones I'm subscribed to:

    Andrea Valdez
    Flexforall2 (Matt Ogus)
    Janis Finkelman
    MakeFitnessEasy
    PhysiquesofGreatness
    StrengthCamp (Elliott Hulse)
    Swolesister

A couple are just lifting videos rather than a full fitness channel, but I like them all in different ways :)

    I love fitnessblender.com.

Some of my favorite work outs are the 10 minute abs, low impact bootcamp and bye bye belly fat!
