That is an awesome interpretation of whole foods.

By that definition does it also include the whole packet of muffins, the whole McDonalds menu?

    Vegetables are carbs.

If you're eating 2 whole chickens in a day, quite possibly yes.

Gaining or losing weight is about calories. If you eat two whole chickens with veggies and that comes in under your maintenance calories, then you will lose weight. If it comes in above your maintenance calories (it would for me, for sure) you'll gain weight.

1 donut = unhealthy... whole box of donuts = healthy

this is scientific reasoning that i can endorse! :drinker:

    OP are you serious??

Just in case you are not being silly or joking...whole foods basically means eating the food as unprocessed as possible. Eat an actual apple instead of an apple pop tart. Eat an actual chicken breast instead of chicken nuggets from McDonald's. It does not mean to eat the whole food i.e eat an entire chicken at one sitting.

    ^I'm in.

And now, when I'm not sharing food it's because of my whole foods diet, not because I'm a b***h!

And just to clarify the "Caveman diet" is not a diet where you eat actual cavemen.

I didn't want you to get tripped up on that one as well.
