4/5 - 30 minutes indoors on the trainer. Simulated hill climb every 3 to 4 minutes. Nice burn in my legs when I got done. Will get out at least once this week for a 15 miler or so depending on time.

This sounds like the place for me. Excited for spring to be here and and looking forward to spending many hours on the bike this spring / summer. In the past I've done casual biking on my mountain bike, but received a hand-me-down road bike last month when my brother went out and bought a newer fancier model. I have the bike inside on my trainer and try to do 30 minutes a day 3 or 4 times a week and will be getting out once or twice a week for rides in at least 15 miles in length (did 15 with my bro the day before Easter).
I can thank biking for helping me lose 85 pounds the first time around and will turn to it to help me take off the 50 pounds I put back on since then!!!
I will be biking in the Pan/Ohio Hope Ride this summer to raise money in the fight to cure cancer. It is a 328 mile trip over 4 days throughout the state of Ohio. I've got a lot of work to do!
Monthly Goal: 150 Miles on top of getting some training done in the house when I'm home with the kids on the bike trainer!

I am biking the C&O Canal in September (5 days)and walking/running a 10 k in August for the Livestrong Challenge( i usually bike) It has been about 2 years since I did a 5 day ride so I am getting ready for this ride and walk/run by doing one main thing ..get back in shape.
So I am doing a couch to 10k program at the gym on the elliptical 3 times a week and setting goals for weekly biking both at gym and on the rail to trail in my backyard.

Almost hit 400 in March, I was 27 miles short and woke up with achilles pain (from tennis) on the last day of the month
This month I definitely plan on hitting it, especially since I have back to back centuries on the 20th and 21th.
I'm already a little behind this month.

I know I'm a little late joining in but I would love to join your cycling challenge. I just bought my first road bike about a month ago and just took it out for the first time yesterday. It rode beautifully and I can't wait to take advantage of this great weather we'll be having this week.
