    Alright guys, here are my results and before/after pics:
    I lost a total of 11 lbs, I see a little change in my shoulders and legs and lovehandles but not as big as I wanted. Only lost 1inch from my waist and 2.25 from my hips. Good luck with whatever you do next, this was fun! I'm onward now to Insanity :/ scared and excited (I also got a Polar FT7 HRM woo hoo!). Can't wait to see everyone's pics!

    Level 3, day 1! Phew... it was hard, but I'm glad it has a lot of ab work.
  • Yay! I started yesterday! Im real sore today but Im gonna push through. Im really tired of thinking about exercising and dieting and never doing it! Getting ready to do day 2 right now. :)

    Today I finished my 30DS!!!! I did have rest days maybe more then I should have not because I wanted them things came up didn't have time also took a mini vacation with the family

    I started on March 5 finished on April 11 but here are my stats

    Start weight 205
    Bust-38 1/2
    Arm-14
    Waist-40
    Hips-45
    Thigh-30 1/2


    After 30DS weight 193
    Bust-36 1/2
    Arms-14 (stayed the same)
    Waist-37
    Hips-43 1/2
    Thigh-29

    First time I track measurements but overall I really am happy with my results starting up a new 30 day challenge on Monday April 15

    I usually have great intentions re exercise, but get a bit lazy on my own so I'm hoping a 30 day plan with a bit of MFP support will do the trick! :-)
