Whats better for fatloss?

Walking 4 mph for 5.2 miles, or running 6 mph for 3 miles?

  • Running. It brings your heart rate up. Which aids in the burning of fat

    eating less calories than you expend is better for fat loss.

    in terms of exercise, do both. and resistance training on top of that.

    Personally, I have found that walking on an incline is much better than running for fat loss.

    It also doesn't seem to stimulate the appetite like running does.
