Workouts right before bed...

    I try to work out before bed. Unlike most people though, it makes me sleepy so I'll actually sleep through the night. Didn't work out before bed last night and was wide awake at 3 am. -__-

    I'm sure there are some "uh oh, now what" moments, but it beats the way most do it.

    I usually finish my workout around 10:30-11:00, works just fine for me. I go home, drink a beer and go to bed.

    Totally fine, unless it causes you to have trouble falling asleep...

    ...which is my case, so I generally can't workout within 3ish hours of going to bed.

    I like intense exercise at the end of the day because I don't have to hold any energy back for what life wants to throw at me during the day. It doesn't matter if I have to literally crawl into bed because there's nothing left to do.

    This is very true and I agree...I think working out before bed might be my new thing

    Working out in the evening actually helps me to sleep better (not that I have a problem sleeping). It also helps curb those night time munchie cravings!
