  • Everyday. Sometimes twice (morning and at night before bed just to see the impact of what I ate for the day). Kinda OCD lol. But I only count the Monday morning weigh in (since your weight changes on a daily basis). Aim for the same time, same place, same clothes (the less the better). Scales are not the best form of weight measurement. Look at yourself in the mirror, see how your clothes feels & fits, listen to other people's comments and/or compliments.
