New thread for July...you have to move and shake it for 360 minutes a week:bigsmile: ...put down that mouse and get going:noway:

Who's up for this challenge? We go from Monday to Sunday

Walk a dog, borrow a dog....plant a garden...put down those car keys and ride a bike...start a new sport...let's get going

Monday, drank beer and boiled in a hot tub (boiling doesn't count, I'm sure)
Tuesday, worked 12 hour shift

I'm in trouble and gotta step it up....

    Hey Kim,
    was just lurking around and saw your challenge - this might be good for me - so far this week i've done 30day shred once - l1D1 - and it's Wednesday!!
    That means i've got 220 minutes to get in by Sunday..... YIKES!!!

    Better get moving :laugh:

    Hi Kim,

    I would like to join as well. So far this week I have done 75 mins playing ultimate frizbee and 30 mins of the biggest loser. That means i have 255 mins to get going.

    Ok I'm joining, It's wednesday. I only go to the gym at lunch and that ship has done sailed.
    I forgot I have a pedometer on today, but I am painting someone's house tonight, then I vow to get on my stupid old stationary bike tonight since I didn't push myself to get to the gym.Then tomorrow and Friday I will definetly go to the gym on my lunch.
    I'll be at a concert Sat. ngiht w/ 90 degree weather, sweating counts right?

    If I don't get credit for sweating in the hot tub...you don't get credit for the concert...LOL

    I am in. Since I am doing the 6 week kettlebell challange, this should not be a problem. I have walked 32 minutes on Monday, did Yoga and T-tapp yesterday for a total of 75 mintes but I do not want to count Yoga as exercise. I do it as relaxation. Today, I did 16min jog/walk, 40 minutes Kettlebell workout with a trainer and T-tapp for 30 mintes so that is a total of 76 minutes. I think I can do this....

    Tues- 20 min turbo jam
    15 min swim
    30 min weights

    Wed- 20 min turbo jam

    i'm in! when you break it down that's only 50 minutes a day, totally attainable!

    so far i've done 160 minutes this week! that leaves 200 by sunday! i can totally do this!

    Tues - migraine
    Wed - 27 mins. shred, 30 mins. elliptical (that's the plan)

    Got a ways to go. Hmm, maybe I'll take a walk on the beach this weekend. We also plan to canoe so that'll be some moving.

    i'm back in on this :) i'm only working part time for the summer so this is good motivation to not let myself be too lazy lounging by the pool :)
    monday: 50 minute walk
    tuesday: 80 minute walk
    wednesday: 70 minute walk
    total so far: 200 minutes...all done in boiling hot 90+ degree humid weather...gotta love michigan summers :) i am praying for a break in the humidity though so i can get some running in :)

    JULY HERE WE COME!!! Count me in.....knowing this challenge even exists gets me going!!!

    Monday - 38 minutes cardio/shred
    Tuesday - 77 minutes cardio/shred
    Wednesday - 60 minutes cardio/shred

    175 total so far / 125 to go I KNOW I CAN DO THIS..........BRING IT ON!!!!! :glasses:

    *Wednesday-60 mins walking in the Texas heat!!

    I guess I can't subtract!!! I've got 340 minutes of the 360 min/wk challenge left to do - and it's Thursday ( had an incredibly long day yesterday!! didn't finish up until after 10pm and was just done!!) If I break it up that makes and hour and a half everyday thru Sunday) Are you kidding me ???? I have been such a slug for the last month but will give it a shot and hope for better next week.

    I'm still in!

    Sunday- 60 min Burn It Off! & Recharge & 100 min of Hiking
    Monday- 40 min of Burn Circuit 1
    Tuesday- 30 min of Fat Blaster & 20 min workout
    Wednesday- 40 min Burn Circuit 2

    Total- 290 min

    Remaining- 70 min

    Monday- nada in laws last day here
    Tuesday- 61 min zumba
    Wednesday-shopping? tee hee.. I won't count it/nada
    Thursday- 63 min zumba toning

    Yikes that's 236 min left by Sunday!
