Hey guys! As you can see in my profile picture (which is not recent, I admit, I just keep it there for inspiration), I used to have a great thigh gap.
Well, not anymore. I am already dieting to get my thigh gap back, but do you guys know of any exercises that would help?
Thank you, and please no rude comments!

I would combine an 800 calorie a day diet with 3 hours a day of zumba.

Walk around with a board between your legs.

I would think that you would have to put your body in some kind of catabolic state but then if you do that you will lose LMM over your entire bod. Curious, but what is going on that you want this gap?

Lol, a pic BEFORE puberty. Good luck.

Did you get it riding a hobby horse?

Bah...there is no way I could eat 800 calories a day. I just can't, I am so full after 600 calories.
But I like your Zumba idea.

Keep your feet at least two feet apart at all times. Instant thigh gap.

How many times a day? And for how long?

I noticed the slightest thigh gap the other night while I was relaxing in the bathtub. I was so excited that I called my husband in to show it to him!!!

You guys are being not very helpful. Funny but not very helpful.
However, I do think a more recect/accurate picture would be the way to go-are you like 8 or something in that picture? You're setting yourself up for disappointment to think your legs will ever look like that again.
That said, i believe a good exercise for the inner thigh is leg lifts and then bring your leg up to you chest then back up, without resting for as many times as you can do it. That one i think will give you a great *kitten* too.

...and it quickly evolved into a bath tub session of thigh spreading,

These 'joke' threads are so lame, either that or you really have not thought this question through.

Surely this is a joke. Urgh.

Put a golf ball then tennis ball then base ball then soft ball between your legs, each for one week at a time.
Progressive training. Like changing up the weights you lift.
