Dressing up broccoli

Here's my roasted broccoli recipe, I make this 3-4 times a week as a side dish:
1 1/2 lbs Broccoli
3 cloves Garlic, finely diced
1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper, dried
3 Tbsps Olive Oil
1/3 cup Panko
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. Separate the Broccoli into small, individual florets. Toss the Broccoli well with two tablespoons of Oil and spread on a baking sheet. Make sure the Broccoli is spread out in one layer as you want each floret to have room to brown. Place the pan in the middle of the oven and roast for 10 minutes.
2. While Broccoli is baking, combine your Garlic with the remaining tablespoon of Oil in a small bowl. Add Red Pepper flakes, Panko and Parmesan Cheese to the Oil and Garlic. Set aside.
3. After Broccoli has baked for 10 minutes, remove from oven and add the Garlic mixture to the Broccoli, stirring well to combine. Make sure the Broccoli is again spread out in a single layer and return to the oven for an additional 8 minutes. Stir the Broccoli at least once to ensure the Garlic roasts and browns evenly. Serve immediately.0 -
nothing! i love it plain.
But a lot of people put garlic or cheese on it. maybe nutritional yeast?0 -
1) Spray with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and nutritional yeast. Roast.
2) Stir-fry with soy sauce and rice vinegar0 -

I really like this recipe:
http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/melissa-darabian/simple-and-satisfying-broccoli-recipe/index.html
It has garlic, evoo and red pepper flakes.
If I'm steaming broccoli and don't want to add any olive oil I usually just add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and a crack of black pepper.0 -
I stir fry it with fresh ginger and put a little sesame oil on it.0
